Shipping & Delivery Policy

Heptley Webworks (OPC) Private Limited (“Heptley”) provides digital services such as website design and development, branding, hosting, and maintenance. As these are digital services, no physical goods are shipped. This policy explains how our services are delivered to you.

1. Method of Delivery

All deliverables are provided electronically. Depending on your engagement, delivery may include deploying your website to your domain and hosting (your own or Heptley Hosting), sharing links and access credentials, and providing brand assets and files by email or secure download. There is no physical shipment and therefore no shipping charge.

2. Delivery Timelines

Each package states a delivery timeline in working days. Timelines typically range from about 5 to 15 working days depending on the package and scope, and the exact commitment for your project is confirmed in writing in your proposal or invoice.

Timelines begin from the date of project kick-off — that is, after we have received full payment and all required content, materials, and information from you.

We commit our timelines in writing and always try to deliver before time. If you are delayed in providing content, feedback, or approvals, the delivery date will move accordingly. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control are addressed in our Terms & Conditions.

3. Go-Live Requirements

For your website to go live, an active domain name and hosting are required — either your own or a Heptley Hosting plan. Where you provide your own domain or hosting, you are responsible for keeping those active and for sharing the access we need. The domain always remains registered in your name.

4. Ongoing Services

Hosting and Care Plan subscriptions are delivered on a continuous basis for the duration of the paid cycle, starting from the date of activation.

5. Delivery Confirmation & Support

We will notify you by email once your project is delivered or made live. If you have not received your deliverables within the committed timeline, or have any question about delivery, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
